2020 Game Day Looks: Volume Three
Well, it’s official. The Mid-American Conference is starting their season on November 4th of this year. So we went from not knowing if we would play, to knowing we wouldn’t play, to not knowing if we would play, to knowing we will play as long as all goes well this month. 2020 is really testing the planner in me. The changes have caused some stress and concern for our family, but truthfully, all we can do is take a deep breath and take each day at a time.
October will be the last month we won’t have football games to attend, however, I will probably continue to watch from home once the season starts because 1) it will be very cold in November, and 2) the best way to be safe is to limit risky behavior, you know, standing around a bunch of strangers. So look five from this month’s game day looks will be on repeat for me in real life.
The more I craft outfits around this dark green/olive color, the more I am convinced it is truly a neutral for your closet. And now, without further ado, here is what I would’ve worn to football games in the month of October if there wasn’t a pandemic.
look one
top: similar and similar // pants: similar // shoes and similar // bag
Now that we are back with a dark green school, I am finding more and more reason to wear these pants. I found a similar pair as mine are a couple of years old. I front tucked my sweater and added leopard booties for some fun!
look four
top: similar // bottoms: similar // shoes
The perfect watching from the couch outfit. This set is sold out, but I linked a similar set in a green color. I will keep an eye out to see if this exact set restocks because it is so good! Plus, the company’s customer service is amazing. Making it worth the price. Also, anyone who tries to convince you that you need slippers that don’t cover your toes or heels is wrong. I said what I said. These moccasins are the best slippers out there.
Necklace throughout is one of the pieces in this set linked here. Lipstick is linked here.
