My Favorite Outfits from Arizona

We’ve been back from Arizona for about a month now, and boy do I miss it. I cannot believe how quickly our time flew by while we were out there. Many of you messaged me saying “has it been a month already?,” and yep, it was the quickest 30 days I’ve experienced in a long, long time.

I tried hard to wear the clothes that I brought and not just sit around in comfies or workout clothes everyday, and I promised I would share what I wore while we were out in the desert. Below are some of my favorite looks from our time in Arizona. Not everything is linkable, but I tried to share similar items or as much information about the item as possible if you want to hunt it down on a resale site.

This dress is a splurge, and boy, do I looooveee it! I’ve worn it at least fifteen times since it was delivered in late June. I wore this for one of our last date nights in the desert. It would look so cute for date night and with comfy shoes for a day of exploring a new city. It’s lined so it’s not see-through and helps with sweat.

I added some pink details with my favorite dancing shoes. They are some of the best for being on your feet all night. And this Bottega dupe purse. It’s real leather and gorgeous, but like 10 times cheaper.

I love this top so much. It is pricey, but it has a built-in bra and comes from a small, women-owned business - Vincent James. I wish I had two in my closet because I wear it so much.

You can find my hat on the Goorin Bros website. My colorway is whiskey. It is my favorite hat. I wear it every chance I get.

Shorts are old from Everlane, but I’ll link a similar pair.

I wore this look multiple times around Phoenix. It was a favorite to run errands, hit up the farmer’s market, or check out boutiques.

These Birkenstocks were a surprise to me. I’m usually only about my rubber Birks, but I love the platform on these. It makes them feel more intentional to me.

I never thought I’d see the day that I rocked a crop top, but here I am. This top is by Epoque Evolution and it is so comfy. The material is UPF 50, sweat-wicking, comfy and secure. The company is female-founded. I bought the matching skirt for it too (not pictured).

This skirt was an impulse buy from Madewell last fall, and I keep finding ways to work it into rotation.

Shoes are my favorite black chucks. These are the Chuck 70 and I think the sole is thicker than the normal chucks making it more comfortable.

This dress was purchased from Sezane last year, and I cannot find it anywhere second-hand to save my life. I’ve tried the style number and everything - S211ROB093N. It is a winner. I’ve worn it to so many things - rehearsal dinners, date nights, exploring a city (with sneakers). I really love the sleeves and the neckline.

Espadrilles are a favorite. So comfy and secure.

This is from my new favorite swimsuit brand - Left on Friday. It is owned by two women who used to work for Lululemon and wanted to create suits that you could look good in, lounge in, and play in. I love this suit because I feel so secure in it, but it doesn’t look like a lifeguard swimsuit. Top is the Sunday Top. Bottoms are the Hi Hi Bottom.

Hat is Hemlock Hats and has a UPF lining. And I love my rubber birks for the pool.

Robe is Lost + Wander that I bought last summer on mega sale.

Same skirt, top, and Birkenstocks as before, just a different combo. I really loved this outfit. The skirt made it feel more feminine or playful than the shorts.

This top is so breezy and light. It is great for summertime and the heat.

Y’all, I got got by an Instagram ad. This dress is from Bel Kazan, a woman-owned company that re-evaluates its production to ensure it is working as best as it can to not negatively impact the planet. Plus, did I mention it has pockets?

I love this dress so much! And it comes in two colorways. I’ve worn it to a rehearsal dinner, a friend dinner, a work event, and even out for the day exploring.

Back again with another Left on Friday suit. This is the same Sunday Top and Hi Hi Bottom but in black. This was the first colorway I purchased and I loved it so much I bought the teal.

Coverup is also Left on Friday, and I love this shirt. It’s the Getaway Button Down. It’s guazy and airy, and perfect for covering up to walk to the pool.

Hat is from Friends of Friends Hat Co. It is the Baja Norte. It has a four-inch brim and is great for when you want to protect yourself from the sun.

Dress is the same from the first outfit. This was for a more casual day of taking Brian shopping for clothes.

These Birkenstocks were a surprise to me. I’m usually only about my rubber Birks, but I love the platform on these. It makes them feel more intentional to me.

Purse is a favorite for the summertime.

Mixing it up with the same suit, same robe, and same Birkenstocks from other outfits. Suit is Left on Friday. This is the same Sunday Top and Hi Hi Bottom but in black.

Robe is Lost + Wander that I bought last summer on mega sale.

The hat is from HatAttack NYC. Unfortunately, this visor is not available, but they have it in a slightly different style. I really love it because it lays flat in the back unlike other hats, so I sit back in my lounge chair and still have my face covered.

I am seriously missing our time in the desert. I miss getting off work and heading to the pool and trying new restaurants. But who knows, maybe we’ll end up back out there next summer.

xx,

Linds
